A warning?!

"BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) — An Iraqi TV employee critically wounded by a single bullet on New Year’s Day said Saturday the U.S. soldiers who fired the shot gave her no advance warning." -CNN

...Ok-- do you really want to let someone know they're going to be shot? Do you even stop and think "Hey, this could hurt them, I better let them know they are going to have to brace themself." I am not sure of the whole scenario of what occured but from what I have read, it was stated that

"...The incident happened just outside the Green Zone, two hours after the United States handed authority of the zone to Iraq. The U.S. military said in a statement the woman was acting suspiciously and failed to respond to warnings before she was shot."

I am not against anyone, not the military, CNN, or the Iraqi woman. Just-- anyone acting suspicious in an area that is suppose to have a controlled setting- you don't want to put people on edge.

I may sound blunt, but the thought of a warning to let someone know they're fucking around... no-- there shouldn't even be a thought of that. If you're doing something you're not suppose to- stop... or you may get shot... "without warning." Really- I am just finding the ignorance of the situation by the woman to be eye-catching a near point that's it's ammusing.
